Great hunting and wildlife on the land.

Hunting
There is an abundance of game on the land, including deer, bear, turkey, squirrel, dove, grouse, and more. Sorry, no moose. The land is mostly wooded, laced with about five miles of trails, featuring great hunting opportunities, and includes several small clearings used as feed plots.

The land is bordered on all sides by private land, so there are not public-land hunters coming onto the land from adjoining land. The land has a single access point from public roads, so it is easy to control who drives onto the land. There is public-land hunting close by, though, if desired. There are 2 state gamelands within 10 minutes, two state forests within 20 minutes and 2 more two state forests and several more gamelands within 40 minutes.
The forest on the land is mixed-age, with lots of regrowth of young trees and shrubs providing lots of browse. There are no visible browse lines in the vegetation, and there is plenty of food available.
